Q: Isn’t it cheaper to replace than to repair?

A: This is a myth that we would love to debunk. We repair several TV’s, computers, and electronic devices daily, saving our customers money and keeping units out of landfills. However, there are some occasions where it is better to replace than to repair. If you have questions, please call us and we will give you our honest input on whether or not to bring your unit in.

Q: My TV screen is broken. Can you fix it?

A: Screen damage is the worst case scenario for a television. If your screen is damaged, you will be better off to replace the unit than to repair it.

Q: If I bring my computer in for repair, how long will you have it?

A: If you are bringing your computer in for a typical cleanup and tune-up, you should get your computer back the same day or the next day. If your computer shows signs of hardware problems, this process could be delayed, depending on what the problem is.

Q: Do you buy used equipment?

A: While we are mainly a repair company, we do a little bit of retail. Therefore we will buy your equipment. The best thing to do is to call our office and set up a time to bring it in for us to look at to make you an offer. We will photocopy your ID and require proof of purchase before buying anything.

Q: We broke the connector that our cable hooks into on our TV. Can you fix it?

A: Most of the time, yes! It depends on how badly broken it is. Usually we can solder a new tuner connector on, but if the board is damaged beyond repair, the board will need to be replaced.

Q: The charging port (DC Jack) on my laptop is broken or loose. Can you fix it!

A: We sure can!

Q: Do you custom build computers?

A: We have been custom building computers since 1995!

Q: My hard drive crashed. Can you help?

A: We have a very high success rate at recovering data.

Q: What do you charge to diagnose my TV?

A: All TVs that are brought into our location have a $30 diagnostic fee. All diagnostic fees will be applied to the labor on the repair.

Q: What do you charge to diagnose my computer?

A: All computers that are brought into our location have a $15 diagnostic fee. All diagnostic fees will be applied to the labor on the repair.

Q: What do you charge for service calls?

A: If you live in Henderson, Evansville or Newburgh, in home service calls cost $85.  If you live in a different city, feel free and contact us for your city’s rate!
